We ship our products all over the continental United States. We ship wine to only 40 of those states.  We use a 3rd party to help us navigate the shipping laws for alcohol. Therefore, unfortunately, we need to ship wine separately from our other products.

Satisfaction guaranteed!  If you are unhappy with our product, you may return it for a full refund.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail . To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Shipping companies do not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If you choose to reship the package to a different address, you must pay for the cost to re-ship it.

Wine Shipping 

Wine packages are  shipped via UPS. Shipping is based on weight and size of package. The system will automatically calculate the shipping charges.

Transit Time  

Orders are typically shipped one business day after they are placed.  It is a family run business, so if the family is out of town, they will contact you as to when you can expect your package to be shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

What if my package arrives damaged? 

Products that are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge or for full credit. We encourage our customers not to sign for or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged and you accepted it as is, please take photos of all damage and call  customer service  at 231 487-9058 for assistance.

What if I am not satisfied? 

f you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately (231) 342-6843. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order, and we value your comments and ideas.  We will be happy to refund your money after you return the product.
